SO I just went and commented on a bunch of old friends' blogs, and realized that if they log onto this page the first thing they'll see is "Dodge Uterus." So I'm quickly posting something else.

ReplyDeleteYour Dodge Uterus post was immortalized in my publishing class yesterday. I was showing them how to effectively use backgrounds with pictures on them by putting the content in a plain-colored container over the background, and I clicked on your blog for an example. Needless to say, the kids didn't notice your well-used background, they noticed the Dodge Uterus...hilarious.

Just making sure you all know I didn't CREATE the dodge uterus... it was on digg and my friend posted it on his site and I yanked it.
Nothing to be sorry about. I thought it was funny, and so did my 15 high schoolers. I'm sure that it wasn't what they expected to see in class. It certainly wasn't what I expected.
ReplyDeleteI also drive a Dodge truck (well, it's my wife's truck; I drive a little Saturn coupe mostly), so that made the post even more funny.
btw, my wife says that she'll never look at her truck the same. :)
