One of my poems has been published on an online literary blog, Wilderness Interface Zone.
They asked me for a piece of artwork that could compliment my poem, and I thought immediately of a picture my brother took on his mission. So we've both been published now! Go check it out :)
(And a word to you Austen-haters... how could you? How_Could_You? Honestly, you're RELATED to me, Adele. I expect it of Dave, who hates Tomatoes and Sushi, but you? I'm crushed. Crushed, I tell you.)

Home run! The poem is beautiful. Congratulations to you.
Wonderful Wonderful Wonderful! Congratulations on being published, that is so very cool! I have publishing envy big time right now:) Beautiful poem.
I may dislike Jane Austen, but congratulations.
If it is any help at all, Jane Austen is _not_ on my list of people I would consider "stopping being born" if the technology ever came around. Henry James, a contemporary of hers, is. :-)
OK, I hope I didn't offend either of you. I don't tease all that well, I think I come across as too intense.
let it be known that you are being teased.
Also let it be known that you may feel free to tease me on any subject, up to and including my taste in literature (and there is plenty of room for teasing there.)
Phew. I was afraid I offended YOU. Sometimes internet teasing is a little harder to read than real life. Which just proves we need to hang out in real life :) (more than we already do. I do actually know Nosurfgirl in person. We are, in fact, related. I know, hard to believe I'm _that_ cool)
Btw... I've realized the one bad thing about telling everyone that you've published a poem online... my YW leader left a pretty funny comment on the poem. *sigh* oh well.
Yay! Congrats!
